'Disclosures'
We disclose every relationship that could affect, or appear to affect, what we publish. This page follows FTC endorsement guidance.
1. Ownership
DDSBreach is owned and published by THE DDS COMPANY LLC, a Wyoming company. No investor, vendor, insurer or law firm has editorial control.
2. Sponsors
Sponsors may appear on the newsletter and the Dental Ransomware Index, always labeled "Sponsor". Sponsors never appear on incident pages, cannot see records before publication, and cannot request removal or changes to any record.
Current sponsors: none.
3. Paid products
We sell alerts, exports and API access. Paying customers receive the same records, at the same time and with the same labels, as the public site. Payment does not affect whether or how an organization is listed.
4. Affiliate links
DDSBreach does not use affiliate links. If that changes, affected links will be labeled where they appear.
5. Research methods
Some records were first located with AI-assisted research. Every such record is checked against a working source URL by a person before publication, and the record’s sources are listed on its page.
6. Listed organizations as customers
An organization that appears in a record may also be a customer. Its records are handled under the same editorial policy as everyone else’s.
