Coverage: US dental practices, DSOs, labs, vendors, payers and dental software. Records go back to 2010; the site’s default views cover the last 5 years. Each record shows status labels, source links and three clocks: last checked, source published and incident date.

Charts on the Index page can be downloaded and republished with the credit line "Source: DDSBreach.com, from HHS OCR and public sources".
